Yesterday ...Lilly was playing on the floor and Billy and I were watching her. She( out of nowhere) rolled over! We screamed with excitement! Addie was so excited so she had to roll over too! I cried today thinking of how much God loves me even though I"m an imperfect person. I'm always scared I'm going to miss a milestone while I'm at work and He blessed me so much by letting me see this first one! It really blesses my heart.

ReplyDeleteYou are exactly right about God's time being the perfect time! I saw ALL of Evan's milestones, even though he was in daycare 40 hours a week. I missed Luke's first steps, BUT it was okay. God's time is the PERFECT time. I had told daycare to never tell me if he did something like that b/c I wanted to believe his first was with me. Well, when I picked him up one day all his teachers were just grinning like fools and one even had tears in her eye. I finally got it out of them what happened, but what warmed my heart was seeing how much these ladies LOVED my child. One even cried when he took his first step!!
